Project Management Implantation

Managing multiple short and long term tasks within an 8 hour day can be challenging for any organization or team. While in my position at the City of Lynchburg I lead a team project to research and implement workflow management software. The goal of this project was to streamline the team’s workload through digital project management software. The team and I collaborated on researching over a dozen products and upon review, the Asana project management software was selected. I then developed training curriculum for the team in order to effectively implement the new workflow management system. The result was increased productivity and efficiency.
